Inside Sales Manager
Excellent opportunity for a smart, capable and insightful Inside Sales Manager for key role with a growing business development solution company.
This is a newly-created role formed to accommodate the ongoing expansion and success of the company. Services are sold to international operating companies. Role will involve strategizing with others on the management team, and then leading the implementation and management of the tactics designed towards inside sales success. This manager will be the point-person for building, training and managing the team and similar background will be critical. We are seeking a quality candidate who brings innate business savvy, sales orientation and people management skills.
Selected candidate will offer 5+ years of increasingly responsible roles in inside sales/call center including 2+ years in a leadership function. Business-to-business experience will be important. Versatile and persuasive communication skills must be complemented by a take-charge, make-things-happen work style and a desire to mentor and develop a high potential team.
